Gary N. Bender is the Senior Vice President and Director of Branch Office Development, formerly the Recruiting Department. A 23-year veteran of Royal Alliance, Gary has been the face and power behind Royal’s tremendously successful efforts to grow our business through branch office development and recruiting top advisors. He expanded recruiting efforts to include broker-dealer acquisitions, recruiting branch offices and bonus groups; he helped develop the advisor-only Branch Builder website.

Under Gary’s leadership, Branch Office Development has grown and been rebuilt to include Operations Transition Teams and an Affiliation Team that assists new advisors joining the firm. Gary is critically involved with branding initiatives, such as the national advertising campaign, and with Elite Partner relations as they pertain to value-added programs.

Gary Attended Kent State University and holds NASD Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
