Education and Training

The Education and Training Department provides a host of valuable training classes throughout the year—online and in person. Classes are available in the following formats:

Live eFORUMs
Live eFORUMs are live courses presented by an experienced corporate trainer through Interwise via the Internet. Live eFORUMs are offered throughout the year and allow participants to join a live training event without leaving their office. These sessions are fully interactive and provide trainees with the ability to ask questions of the trainer. Depending on the topic, the trainer uses a combination of PowerPoint slides and live website navigation to offer the best possible remote training.

Pre-Recorded Courses
Pre-recorded sessions are "taped" versions of previous live eFORUM events. Through the use of Interwise, classes are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are a great supplement to our live events. Pre-recorded courses allow you to learn at your own pace. You can pause, fast-forward, rewind any section—whatever is most convenient for you. We offer an extensive library of pre-recorded sessions and we are always adding more.

Hands-on Technology Training
We offer regional training throughout the year. Located in various cities, these two-day programs provide participants with hands-on experience guided by our corporate trainers. In addition, during our National Education Conference, there area a number of hands-on technology classes offered.
