Meet the Team

The Branch Office Development Department is passionate about spreading word of the benefits of a partnership with Royal Alliance. The Branch Office Development team works together to recruit financial advisors to Royal Alliance and to provide new members with assistance during and after their transition.

	Gary N. Bender Senior Vice President, Branch Office Development 212-551-5915 GBender@aigroyalalliance.com A 20+ years veteran of the firm, Gary is responsible for spearheading the company’s recruiting initiative and expanding Royal Alliance’s base of top-producing advisors.
	Don Davis Vice President, Central Recruiting Manager 212-551-5993 DDavis@AIGRoyalAlliance.com Don Davis is a 26-year veteran of the securities industry. He has a broad range of experience from being a top-tier producer at a major wirehouse firm to developing asset management programs to being a COO of a large insurance broker-dealer. In addition, he has trained brokers and managed branch offices, helping both to more than double revenue and recruiting successes. Don currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and children. He holds his NASD series 7, 24, 63, and 66, and holds a Colorado State Life Insurance license.
	Paul Largo Vice President, East Coast Recruiting Manager 212-551-5534 PLargo@AIGRoyalAlliance.com Paul has been in the financial services industry for 12 years. After building a successful business as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities (now Wachovia) he joined the management team at UBS. At UBS Paul was a Divisional Vice President and responsible for New Financial Advisor Performance in the Eastern Division. In February of 2003, he joined AIG Royal Alliance to open the first Transition Suite in New York City. The Suite, which opened in May, eventually led to three additional offices opening in September of 2005. Paul is now our East Coast Recruiter for both independent and wirehouse producers.
	Dave Reyna Vice President, West Coast Recruiting Manager 212-551-5993 DReyna@AIGRoyalAlliance.com Dave Reyna has been in the industry helping financial advisors succeed for over 8 years through a variety of different channels. His expertise in annuity sales, business development and advisor consulting has resulted in the growth of many successful financial practices throughout the nation. He’s worked side by side with companies such as SunAmerica, Allianz, PacificLife, Securities America and now joins our team as the Vice President of West Coast Recruiting at AIG Royal Alliance. He currently resides in Southern California with his family and spends his leisure time with his five children. Dave holds his NASD series 7, 6, 63, 66, and CA insurance licenses.
	Debbie Deluca Recruiting Coordinator 212-551-5589 DDeluca@aigroyalalliance.com A veteran of the financial services industry for over 14 years, Debbie is positioned to support Royal Alliance’s Branch Managers. She focuses on being a liaison between the Department and the Managing Executives in the field. In addition to her experience in recruiting, Debbie has abundant experience with ACATS and all back office operations.
	Lisa Ali Affiliation Coordinator 212-551-5511 LAli@aigroyalalliance.com Serving the financial services industry for 6 years, Lisa is the newest member of Royal Alliance’s Branch Office Development team. As a Transition Coordinator, Lisa assists Registered Investment Advisors and financial practices in the transition of their book of business to Royal Alliance.
